Run Training
Bespoke training programs designed for all runners looking to improve their performance, from 5k to Ultra Marathons. We use a choice of leading platforms including Training Peaks and RunDot to help plan your training schedule. We can provide face to face or video analysis to correct or improve any run form issues as well as group training sessions during the lighter evening.

Personal Training
Improve both your overall and sport specific strength, fitness, flexibility, and strength/conditioning as well as receiving nutritional advice to help energise you during your training blocks. Personal Training sessions can help maximise your training and race potential and be the difference you need to reach your goal.

Triathlon Training
With a choice of the top training platforms, TriDot or Training Peaks, our coaches will build an individual training schedule that works for you and sees you gain power and increase performance. We offer group rides using Zwift through those longer winter nights and out on the roads during the warmer months. If your newer to cycling we can offer sessions to assist with both road and bike confidence.

We want to see you swim. We want to see you ride. We want to see you run.
We offer individual and group sessions in all disciplines as well as structured training weekends. Setting a training plan is only good if we are confident you are completing these sessions in the most effective and efficient way. The correct swim technique, bike position and run form will not only improve your performance but can also greatly improve your comfort, reducing the chance of injury and increasing the enjoyment on those longer training sessions. It’s not uncommon for athletes to waist hours of valuable training time and continually pick up niggling injuries due to minor errors that can easily be rectified. Without that personal touch it’s possible for these errors to go unnoticed for years.
